Understanding Possible Costs
My Fees
In most cases, I will work on a contingency basis, meaning I won’t charge you any money upfront and I will only get paid when we win. In some cases, it may make more sense for a flat fee or an hourly rate. Either way, I will explain the expected costs of taking your case and make sure you understand all of your options before agreeing to move forward.
How do Contingency Fees Work?
Contingency Agreements are a common way for attorneys to get paid. When we win your case, I will receive compensation from a percentage of what we recover or the court will order the opposing side to pay my fees.
Through contingency fee agreements I am able to help consumers based on the strength of their case and not whether they can afford to pay me.
