My Fees
My fees will be on a contingency basis, charged according to my hourly rate, or by a flat fee. It all depends on the kind of case, the strength of the arguments, and the estimated time it will take from start to finish. Whatever the way, I will explain the expected costs of taking your case and make sure you understand all of your options before agreeing to move forward.
How do Contingency Fees Work?
Contingency Agreements are a common way for attorneys to get paid. When we win your case, I will receive compensation from a percentage of the award or the court will order that the other side pay my fees.
Through contingency fee agreements I am able to help consumers based on the strength of their case and not whether they can afford to pay me.
